  1. Heinrich Himmler, one of Hitler's faithful, 
  2. and early adept of Nazism, entered the Party 
  3. in 1923. In 1929, he was named SS Reichf√ºrer. He was their master until 1945. In 1934, he took control of the whole German Police as well as the direction of concentration camps. From 1939 onward, he ordered vast population transfers. Arrested by British soldiers in May 1945, he committed suicide.
